A pristine outdoor film location and indoor studio facility set in 200 acres of the Texas Hill Country. Spanning one mile of the Blanco River, this venue provides a serene and private setting for your production.

Support facilities include lighting grid, A/C, soundproofing, production offices, communications, commericial kitchen, automotive and wood shop. Utility hook-ups available for production trailers. Fenced coastal pastures, barns and irrigation systems provide housing for the animal members of your prouction.

The Lodge offers limited on-site accomodation for production personnel. Additional riverside accomodation is available with two miles of the studio.
